As Office & Traffic Coordinator at Digitalique, you are the linchpin of our office and the central point of contact for colleagues, customers, and partners. You ensure that all administrative and operational processes run smoothly and support the team in a variety of tasks. You keep track of project planning, coordinate internal communication, and ensure a pleasant and efficient working environment.
You will work closely with various departments and provide support where necessary in processing invoices, managing files, and organizing meetings. You will always stay up to date with the latest developments within the company and act as the first point of contact for questions about processes, planning, and administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the daily office organization
- Planning and monitoring projects and deadlines
- Support with administrative and financial processes
- Managing meetings, calendars, and communication
- Optimizing internal processes and workflows.
Take with you
- Experience in an administrative role, office, or traffic role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Accurate and stress-resistant
- Knowledge of office and project management tools
- Proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Experience with Microsoft, CRM, and administrative ERP systems
- Permission to work in the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Experience in a digital or creative sector.
- Knowledge of financial administration
- Affinity with communication and planning
- English or German Language
