You’ll be the linchpin between our Project Managers, developers, and clients.
As a Traffic Manager at a digital agency, you ensure a seamless work environment. You understand that a missing password or an unread email can bring an entire sprint team to a standstill. You don’t just keep the office running—you’re the driving force behind our agency operations.
Your Execution:
You handle the administrative tasks flawlessly and ensure that every task, appointment, and resource allocation is entered into our ERP system.
You oversee complex B2B project planning and ensure that developers do not begin work until the "50% Upfront Rule" has been met (the down payment has been deposited in the bank).
You enforce the "Chaser Protocol": if the client doesn't provide any input, you immediately push back the deadline and, after 14 days, mercilessly put the project "On Hold."
You are responsible for optimizing internal communications and enforcing the "Zero-WhatsApp" rule with clients and colleagues.
In this operational manager position, you will be constantly working to streamline processes and support the "Blanco Template Rule," which prevents spam notifications.

- Permission to work in the Netherlands.
