Community Guidelines -This community is for professionals and enthusiasts of our products and services. Ask your questions? Share and discuss the best content and new marketing ideas, build your professional profile and become a better marketer together.

This forum is your knowledge base for everything related to digital growth. We encourage questions on topics within our forum categories:

  • Digital Marketing: Strategies, SEO, SEA, content marketing, conversion optimization.
  • E-commerce: Platform choices, webshop optimization, payment solutions, logistics.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): Applications of AI in marketing, tools, inventory management, customer service.
  • Marketing Automation: Workflows, ROI, lead nurturing, tools, and techniques.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM): Campaign strategies, advertising, and increasing engagement.
  • Technology: Web development, platform integrations, hosting, and the tech behind your webshop.

Tip: Use the search function before asking a question. Your question might have already been answered!

A good question gets a good answer more quickly. Help the community help you!

  • Be clear and specific. Give your question a clear title and describe your problem in as much detail as possible. What have you already tried? What is the result you want to achieve?
  • Focus on a concrete problem. This forum is meant for solving specific issues. Questions like "I want to increase my webshop's conversion rate, how do I do that?" are too broad. A better question is: "My checkout page has a high exit rate, which elements can I A/B test to lower this?"
  • One question per post. Do you have multiple questions? Please create a separate post for each one. This keeps things organized.
  • Avoid subjective questions and polls. Questions like "What is your favorite SEO tool?" or "Do you also find X annoying?" are great for social media, but here we look for solutions. The goal is to build a knowledge base, not a discussion group.

Your knowledge is worth gold to others. Make sure your answers genuinely help the community move forward.

  • Provide a complete answer. Don't just post a link. Explain the solution in your answer itself, and use a link as a source or for additional information if needed. This way, the knowledge stays on the forum, even if the external link disappears one day.
  • Stay on-topic. Answer the question that was asked. If you have a related but different question, please create a new post.
  • Be constructive and respectful. Substantiate your answer and avoid debates. Short remarks, thank-yous, or clarifying questions can be posted in the comments.

Karma Points: Your contributions are valued. For helpful questions and answers that are 'upvoted' by the community, you receive Karma points. The more Karma you have, the more privileges you unlock on the forum, such as editing posts. It's our way of rewarding active, helpful members.

Improving Together: Just like a wiki, experienced users (with enough Karma) can edit questions and answers. The goal is not to change your words, but to improve the overall quality of the content (e.g., correcting typos or making titles clearer). This is how we build an even better knowledge base together.
