Our Forum Rules and Community Guidelines. Be a good community member. Ask questions that benefit forum members. Treat others with respect, be patient, and help each other move forward. Together, we can make this forum the most valuable resource for digital growth in the Netherlands.

This forum is your knowledge base for everything related to digital growth. We encourage questions on topics in our forum categories:

  • Digital Marketing: Strategies, SEO, SEA, content marketing, conversion optimization.
  • E-commerce: Platform choices, webshop optimization, payment solutions, logistics.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): Applications of AI in marketing, tools, inventory management, customer service.
  • Marketing automation: Workflows, ROI, lead nurturing, tools, and techniques.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM): Campaign strategies, advertising, and increasing engagement.
  • Technology: Web development, platform integrations, hosting, and the technology behind your online store.

Tip: Use the search function before asking a question. Your question may already have been answered!

A good question gets a good answer faster. Help the community help you!

  • Be clear and specific. Give your question a clear title and describe your problem in as much detail as possible. What have you already tried? What result do you want to achieve?
  • Focus on a specific problem. This forum is intended to solve specific problems. Questions such as "I want to increase the conversion rate of my webshop, how do I do that?" are too broad. A better question is: "My checkout page has a high exit rate, which elements can I A/B test to reduce this?"
  • One question per post. Do you have multiple questions? Then create a separate post for each question. This will keep things clear and organized.
  • Avoid subjective questions and opinion polls. Questions such as "What is your favorite SEO tool?" or "Do you also find X so annoying?" are fun for social media, but here we are looking for solutions. The goal is to build a knowledge base, not a discussion group.

Your knowledge is invaluable to others. Ensure that your answers genuinely help the community.

  • Provide a complete answer. Do not just post a link. Explain the solution in your answer itself, and use a link if necessary as a source reference or for additional information. This way, the knowledge remains on the forum, even if the external link ever disappears.
  • Stay on topic. Answer the question that was asked. Do you have a related but different question? Then create a new post.
  • Be constructive and respectful. Substantiate your answer and avoid debates. Short comments, thank-yous, or clarifying questions can be posted in the comments section.

Karma Points: Your contributions are appreciated. You will receive Karma points for useful questions and answers that are "upvoted" by the community. The more Karma you have, the more privileges you unlock on the forum, such as editing posts. It's our way of rewarding active, helpful members.

Improving together: Just like a wiki, experienced users (with sufficient Karma) can edit questions and answers. The goal here is not to change your words, but to improve the overall quality of the content (e.g., correcting typos or making titles clearer). This way, we can build an even better knowledge base together.

Here is a table showing the privileges and karma levels.
