You are the architect during the Build phase of the Digitalique Flywheel. Your sole responsibility is to build flawless, scalable B2B digital ecosystems that replace our clients’ outdated tech stacks (€1M – €10M+ in revenue).

Your Execution:

  • You move away from chaos and design exclusively using a strictly component-based approach in Figma.

  • You understand that speed is essential and deliver robust, mobile-first web design as standard.

  • Everything you create revolves around UX conversion optimization. You apply data-driven web design to generate measurable leads and ROI for the client.

  • You'll develop a robust, high-conversion UI architecture during an intensive web development design sprint.

  • You enforce our "Out of Scope" rule like a pit bull. If a client requests an additional web page or form that wasn't included in the original Blueprint, you won't design anything until the Project Manager has approved a formal "Change Request."

  • Staying up to date with design trends

Take with you

  • Experience as a designer, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Strong portfolio with recent work
  • Knowledge of design tools (Adobe, Figma, Sketch, etc.)
  • Highly creative and communicative
  • Permission to work in the Netherlands

Nice to have

  • Experience with animation and motion design
  • Knowledge of branding and storytelling
  • Affinity for digital marketing
